Dr. Harold L. Wright and Vanesia K. Wright
Dr. Harold L. Wright, Ed.D. — Co-CEO and Principal Consultant. His background includes Deputy Superintendent of Achievement and School Leadership in Crowley ISD, State Director of Community and University Partnerships at the Texas Education Agency, and Executive Director of School Leadership and principal of Skyline High School in Dallas ISD. He supports strategic planning, school turnaround, leadership coaching, college, career and military readiness, partnerships and customer experience. He is the author of the forthcoming book Leading Schools That Work.
Education and credentials: Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Management, St. Thomas University; M.Ed. in Secondary Education and Educational Leadership, Stephen F. Austin State University; B.S. in Education, East Texas A&M University–Commerce; Customer Experience executive certificates from University of Houston Bauer College of Business and UC Irvine; Texas Standard Superintendent Certificate, Texas Principal Certificate (EC–12), Texas Life Teaching Certificate; Certified e2L Data-Informed Growth Coach; Certified LIFT Grant Coach and RBIS Specialist in mathematics and reading language arts.

Vanesia K. Wright
Co-CEO and Managing Director of Operations
Vanesia combines school counseling and student support experience with organizational operations, human capital, payroll and training. Her counseling background spans elementary, middle and high school settings, including academic planning, career exploration, family collaboration and support for students’ social and emotional needs. She brings experience with comprehensive, data-informed counseling programs, college, career and military readiness, and pathways into dual enrollment and graduation. Her background includes doctoral studies in psychology and Scrum Master and SAFe certifications, connecting student-centered practice with agile project coordination and team collaboration.
Bianca S. Ashu
Director of Curriculum and Programs
Bianca brings experience in instructional strategies, staff leadership, community outreach and middle school teaching and learning. Her work connects individual and small-group academic and social-emotional support with collaborative professional learning. She supports curriculum and program design, alternative education and GED pathways, case management and person-centered planning. Her experience with Schoolnet and MyData helps teams use educational evidence to connect K–12 learning with postsecondary opportunities.
Betrand Ashu
Director of Business Management and Institutional Relations
Betrand brings more than a decade of management experience to business operations and project coordination. His background includes team leadership, scheduling, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement and process improvement. He supports partnership coordination, customer success and customer relations, using data analysis and key performance indicators to connect organizational goals with practical execution.
Chavis Lynn Wright
Director of Technology Integration and Business Development
Chavis brings enterprise systems, technology, education and business experience to WCFIX. His background includes service as an IT specialist in the U.S. Army Reserve, elementary teaching, business ownership, market research and community outreach. He supports digital learning systems, technology workflows, military pathway advising and partner development. His work helps organizations connect usable technology with the people, processes and support needed for implementation.
