About

What you get with your purchase or enrollment • 21 existing lessons and learning activities across 5 sections. • A practical three-phase checklist in every lesson: Audit and Diagnostic; Vision Design; Action and Evolution. • A two-page checklist and rubric companion guide for this program, with offering-specific evidence examples and book chapter connections. • An evidence and action log to record owners, targets, review dates and next decisions. • Five rubric criteria with 0–3 performance descriptors, a not-yet-examined option and team reflection prompts. The forthcoming book is sold separately when released. Participation and content access follow this program's displayed enrollment terms. Build a positive culture through consistent adult practices, student voice, coaching and regular review. Who it is for: School leaders, teachers, support staff and campus culture teams. Audit and Diagnostic ☐ Review behavior, attendance, belonging and instructional-time evidence across groups. ☐ Observe classroom and common-area routines and listen to students, families and staff. ☐ Distinguish unmet support needs and inconsistent adult practice from symptoms. Vision Design ☐ Co-design a small set of positively stated expectations and supportive routines. ☐ Define what belonging and predictable support should look like in daily practice. ☐ Set measurable goals and align staff responsibilities, training and family communication. Action and Evolution ☐ Teach, model and rehearse the selected routines; provide specific coaching. ☐ Monitor implementation, lost learning time and student or staff feedback. ☐ Use a mid-cycle reset and end-of-cycle reflection to adjust supports and sustain gains. Evidence of completion: A culture and routines action plan with fidelity checks and a reflection log. For each action, record evidence, owner, due date, target, review date and next decision. Book connection: Leading Schools That Work by Dr. Harold L. Wright, chapters 4, 8–9, 12–15, 20–21, 38 and 43–45. Use the chapter reflection questions to connect the ideas to your own evidence. The forthcoming book is a companion reading resource and is sold separately when released. AI support is optional. Use approved or de-identified evidence; people validate findings and make decisions. Each lesson contains a WCFIX Practice Checklist and implementation reflection. Use NE for not yet examined. Record evidence for each score and agree on one next improvement with an owner and review date. This is an author-developed reflection aid, not an official rating.
