About
This program provides district leaders with a structured approach to building and sustaining professional higher education partnerships across their feeder pattern. Utilizing the Wright FIX 4-Pillar Framework—Identify, Align, Formalize, and Sustain—the course guides leadership teams through a 6-step methodology to unlock opportunities like dual credit access, teacher residency pipelines, and school redesign. Participants will learn to utilize a suite of proprietary tools including diagnostic needs assessments, implementation activities trackers, and board-ready roll-up reports. By the end of this training, leaders will be equipped to formalize MOUs and maintain long-term, research-backed partnerships that survive leadership changes and drive measurable student success.
