Public Schools Turnaround: Instructional Excellence & Fidelity Framework

This program provides a systematic framework for assessing and improving school-wide performance. It focuses on auditing current routines, research-based math and literacy instruction, and administrator feedback cycles. Grounded in the Bambrick model for data-driven instruction and lesson internalization, the course also covers the integration of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) for academics, behavior, and attendance. Participants will move from a comprehensive state assessment to the development of a structured fidelity implementation plan to ensure long-term instructional excellence and organizational growth.
